Lextax will not use this information for any purpose
other than for the provision of taxi facilities.
The customer information we keep is used primarily
to enable us to provide a faster response when
a customer becomes a regular user of our services
but it also helps us determine our human resources
requirements. We will, where permitted by law,
destroy or make unidentifiable personal information
that is no longer needed.
Accurancy of information
We will take reasonable steps to ensure that
the information we store is accurate, complete
and up to date. If you believe that the personal
information we hold about you is incorrect in
some way, please let us know.
Information security
We protect the personal information that we
hold from misuse, destruction and unauthorised
disclosure. Personal information may only be accessed
by authorised employees of Lextax and our data
base is protected through the use of secure passwords,
firewalls (for internet security) and other user
log-on procedures. Physical security over paper
and electronic data stored on our premises is
maintained through locks and security alarms.
Though information transferred over the internet
is never 100% secure, once we receive your transmission
we will take the steps described above to ensure
its security.
Disclosure of information
We will disclose personal information strictly
in accordance with the Dutch Privacy Act. This
is only likely to occur in extraordinary circumstances
such as where we are compelled by law to release
personal details.
